semi high - met up with a videotographer last night, said he'll show me some tricks of the trade:)

High #2: Leave all got approved, so should have ample time to study

Low: Still busier than I would like to be. Psychometric assessment on Monday that's supposedly going to take 4hrs, 2nd interview at this place. And have to drive the inlaws to the airport on Thursday afternoon.

Low - In a real tough spot. My bosses boss(ceo) asked him if i can help him on a personal capacity to do the social media strategy for his private company which is in the hospitality field. willing to pay me and everything.

Here is my problem - i can do it but what he does not realise is that social media management is a full time gig - esp for his business. You make one small mistake, even an upset customer and ur business can literally take a knock.

My dilema, i tell him No and he thinks Im unfit for my current position which is BS coz I friggin rock at my job which also p's me off coz he never once said thank you or acknowledged how awesome i am - but wants to use my skills.

the other thing is that i was literally running the dept for 18 months and in Oct they employ this chick who was made team leader in March...there is only two of us in the dept

I say yes which will be a huge mistake coz i know how time consuming and pro ative the role needs.

I need to explain to him nicely why I cant without jeopordising my job and that is really bumming me out

high- It's friday. I can take a break from exercising. yeeeees.
