Sandman28 June at 11:10 Yip they did not had any NASA merchandise and I made a promise to my son...the expo was worth it, if you into that stuff
Magius28 June at 11:06 TBH I didn't see any ads. My mother in Umhlanga told me about it and a friend booked the tickets and I live 2kms away from the Convention Centre!
Marko28 June at 11:02 @magius yeah I geuss thats all they did. But in thr tv advert there are people wearing NASA merch thats why I thought there would be. False advertising
Magius28 June at 10:42 @Snow I enjoyed it, but it is basically a bunch of models and info boards. It is interesting, but at R180 per person, not sure if kids get a cheaper fee, it is very pricey. Right at the end are the rides which are cool, but cost between R50 and R100 per ride so that adds up.
Magius28 June at 10:40 @Marko You would think but I saw nothing. Don't know what NASA's actual involvement here is, but beyond providing the models etc I don't think that it was much.
Marko28 June at 10:08 @magius oh I actually thought there would be NASA merch.
Vice Cerberus28 June at 10:04 Seriously a NASA expo doesn't sell NASA merchandise
Snow28 June at 10:00 Is that expo actually worth it? Seems way over-priced for just a bunch of models
Magius28 June at 9:58 @Sandman nope sorry. Was at the expo on Saturday and it is cool, but no NASA branded merch that I saw. You going to have to scour the net. BTW the expo is pricey, but pretty cool
Marko28 June at 9:41 @sandman maybe at the gateway to space exhibition ?
