Lurch24 May at 9:23 Not yet, but I decided to check out a condensed playthrough on Youtube. It was certainly an improvement and I liked the more traditional ending but still some damage has been done to the characters and universe they created in DS1,2 and the books, comics. I just found the Unitologists progression to terrorists a shame.
Tea24 May at 9:18 @ lurch - Have you played the awakening expansion?
Lurch24 May at 9:16 Sadly most survival-horror always seems to lead into action-horror eventually. I was really worried about Res Evil 6 but as soon as I played it for what is was (essentially a crazy action adventure with zombies) I enjoyed it for what it was worth and enjoyed some couch co-op. DS3 I found was great in SP. It was mostly the stupidification (I want this to be a real word!) of the story that most annoyed me.
Tea24 May at 8:59 yeah me too! if that does well hopefully it will help revive the survival horror genre
RagnaXBL24 May at 8:57 exactly, thats why i'm looking forward to The Evil Within
Tea24 May at 8:56 @ Knight - wasnt saying you , just saying that the net negative hype train has people jump on board game slamming even if they don't /have played that genre or will ever play the game. sad really. I think most of the guys on this site are actual gamers which is awesome, cause you make your own minds up
KnightFall50024 May at 8:48 Not hating just saying. I liked Resi6 & DS3 & i'm sure co-op is a lot of fun! But traditional horror games, are far & few between these days.
Tebulot24 May at 8:46 Tea likes to play with Leon...
Tea24 May at 8:46 Don't get me wrong though. Single player games for me all the way. But if a franchise will disappear if it doesn't have co-op. I would rather that was included.
Tea24 May at 8:44 again DS3 co-op is great. guys have to play it to understand how much fun it is and how they still keep the atmosphere intact. This internet hate on games when the haters haven't even tried it makes me sad. Play before crying , you might be surprised.
