@TheOne I picked up a WiiU when retailers were dumping them so it was worth it for R1k. Played a few games on it, but best by far was Xenoblade 2. Only game I really put time into. After that I realised I need to hold on with the Switch
@TheOne - did you ever keep an eye out for some of the digital games available in Wii U/Switch? It's rare but sometimes the Nintendo online store has a couple titles on sale., especially older stuff that is hard to find in retail.
@Magnius I hope the Switch games go on sale too, biggest problem was Wii U games never went on sale, made getting one early almost pointless because lack of stellar software and it's all incredibly expensive
Hmmm see the store has the Switch listed as a 12 May release. Still too expensive and not enough games for me though. Hopefully the Nintendo Direct before E3 and the various publisher reveals at E3 show off some games
Experience Nintendo's greatest game worlds in one giant theme park! Nintendo Land is a fun and lively virtual theme park filled with attractions based on popular Nintendo game worlds. Each attraction features unique and innovative gameplay experiences made possible by the Wii U GamePad controller. Depending on the attraction, players can play solo, compete against other players, or even team up to play cooperatively. Up to five players can participate in dynamic multiplayer modes in select attractions. The experiences change depending on whether players are using the GamePad, a Wii Remote controller, or just watching others play on the TV screen. Multiplayer modes require additional accessories required, which are sold separately.
